Bio:

Dr. John M. Ruddy received his Bachelors degree from the University of Stony Brook in New York. He graduated Magna Cum Laude at the University of Bridgeport where he received his doctorate degree. Dr. Ruddy has been certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  He is fully certified in Active Release Techniques, a specialized approach tio dealing with soft tissue injuries.
